LAKE CHATUGE PET SITTING, LLC 

Service Terms & Agreement 

1. Scope of Services Lake Chatuge Pet Sitting, LLC provides dog boarding, pet sitting, drop‑ins, walks, and homestead/farm care. Services begin and end on the dates agreed upon in writing or through confirmed booking. 

2. Mandatory Vaccinations for Boarding Guests All boarding dogs must provide proof of the following BEFORE arrival: - Rabies (required) - DHPP / Distemper-Parvo (required) - Bordetella (required) Guests without proof of current vaccines cannot be accepted. 

3. Health & Behavior Requirements Owners confirm that: - Pets are free of contagious illness, fleas, and ticks. - Pets have no history of aggression toward people or animals. - All behavior concerns (chewing, digging, anxiety, reactivity, escape attempts) are disclosed before booking. 

4. Payment Terms - Boarding: 50% deposit to secure dates; remaining balance due at drop‑off. - Pet Sitting / Drop‑ins: Payment due within 24 hours of invoice. - Late payments may incur a fee. - Unpaid balances may result in refusal of future services. 

5. Cancellations - Less than 48‑hour notice may result in a 50% charge. - Holiday bookings require 7‑day notice. - Deposits are non‑refundable but may be transferred once with advance notice. 

6. Emergencies & Veterinary Care If the pet becomes ill or injured and the owner cannot be reached, Lake Chatuge Pet Sitting is authorized to seek veterinary care at the owner’s expense. Owner is responsible for all related costs. 

7. Safety & Property - Pets must arrive with proper collars, leashes, and any required medications. - Owners are responsible for damages caused by their pet to property, furniture, fencing, or other animals. - Pets demonstrating unsafe behavior may be required to be picked up early. 

8. Home Access (For In‑Home Visits) Owner must provide working keys, codes, alarms, and clear instructions. Lake Chatuge Pet Sittin is not liable for issues caused by faulty locks, systems, or pre-existing hazards. 

9. Photos Owner grants permission for their pet’s photos to be used for updates, marketing, and promotional materials. Pets only—no humans or personal info will be included. 

10. Liability Owner agrees to hold Lake Chatuge Pet Sitting, LLC harmless from: - Injuries or illness resulting from pre-existing conditions - Outdoor environmental exposure - Undisclosed pet behaviors - Damages caused by the pet 

11. Agreement By booking services, the owner acknowledges and agrees to all terms listed in this Service Agreement.
